First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Unfiltered) comes from Reggello, a small town just south of Florence in Tuscany.  The flavour characteristics are sweet and fruity followed by the traditional peppery finish.  The olives are hand picked weeks before they are ripened.　This EVOO has the characteristics of fine wine-rich, fruity and spicy. The taste is truly unique and will compliment your cooking with its’ herbaceous olive flavours. This is a fine dipping oil and recommended to be used fresh from the bottle over salads, drizzled over soups and dips and grilled or roasted vegetables.  The cold pressed olive oil is bright green when pressed and then gradually turn into green like matcha colour!
